Opening Explorer uses position-based identification, matching chess positions against the registered final positions of MICOS openings. This allows users to follow how recognised openings develop throughout a game, including positions reached through different move orders.

MICOS CAP – Chess Analysis Program helps you analyse, understand and practise chess openings interactively. Load any opening directly into MICOS CAP, replay the moves, analyse positions with Stockfish and continue playing from any position against Stockfish at 4 Levels.
MICOS GAP – Game Analysis Program
MICOS GAP – Game Analysis Program identifies the deepest opening reached in a complete chess game. Paste or upload a PGN, and MICOS GAP automatically matches the game to the correct Opening Group, Opening Name and MICOS Code while providing computer analysis.
MICOS SETUP – Chessboard Editor
